How to register on the support portal
To register on the support portal, click the “Register” button, fill in the empty fields, and also enter your corporate email address, which was previously registered in our system to provide support. Next, submit the form and confirm the registration via the incoming email.
How to create an incident
You can create an incident in two ways, namely through the support portal or by sending a message to the email address support@t4data.uz from your corporate email address that you previously registered on the support portal. Learn more about how to create an incident on the portal.


How are the incidents handled
As soon as you register an incident, it will immediately go to the processing of the support team. You will receive an email notification that your incident has been registered in the system. Learn more about how post-processing works.
